The turnaround time for receiving your designs depends on the complexity and scope of each request. Typically, most designs are delivered within one to two days. However, certain tasks that require more extensive work may take longer to complete. We strive to balance quick delivery with the utmost attention to quality and detail, ensuring you receive the best results tailored to your needs.
What’s the deal with pausing my subscription?
We get that sometimes you might not need a full month’s worth of design work. Maybe you've got just a couple of tasks on your plate right now. That’s totally fine—that’s why you can pause your subscription. Our billing cycles cover 31 days. Let's say you sign up, use the service for 21 days, and then hit pause. Your billing takes a break, and you still have 10 days left to use whenever you're ready. It’s all about giving you control and flexibility with how and when you use our services.
Can I send in multiple design requests?
Once subscribed, you are free to submit as many design requests as you'd like. Your requests will be carefully organized into a queue and addressed one by one. This system ensures each project receives the attention it deserves, maintaining our high standards of quality and creativity. Whether you have a single urgent need or multiple ongoing projects, our team is equipped to handle your design requirements efficiently.
What if I’m not thrilled with the design?
No problem! We’re here to collaborate and make sure you get the best result. If the design doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we’ll work together to tweak it. We’ll share our professional insights on what works and what doesn’t, and why—helping guide us to the perfect solution. It’s all about teamwork to ensure you’re completely satisfied with the final design.
How can I submit my design requests?
Requesting designs with us is super easy and flexible thanks to ClickUp. You can pop your design requests right into ClickUp, share Google Docs or Figma files, or just shoot over a brief video. As long as it can be linked to or shared in ClickUp, we can work with it. The more detailed your brief, the faster we can turn around those awesome designs for you. So, let’s get creative!
Which software tools do our designers use?
For most of our UX/UI design work, we love using Figma—it’s just super handy. But we’re flexible and happy to dive into other tools like Adobe XD and Sketch, especially if you’ve got a legacy project that needs continuing in its original format. Plus, we’re pretty savvy with all the Adobe Creative Cloud apps too.
