The ideal candidate is an experienced developer who thrives in a small team, is not afraid of responsibility, and enjoys crafting custom solutions that are clean, fast, and maintainable.
You’ll mostly work on WordPress-based websites, from custom themes to plugin tweaks and full-scale e-commerce builds. Occasionally, we’ll explore new terrain – like Webflow.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in WordPress development
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience in developing custom WordPress themes (ACF, CPTs, WP_Query, etc.)
- Familiarity with modern page builders – especially Bricks Builder
- Understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility
- Experience with Git, local dev tools (e.g. Local, MAMP), and deployment workflows
- Bonus: experience with Webflow
- Bonus: experience integrating REST APIs and/or WooCommerce
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain custom WordPress websites
- Translate Figma designs into functional, pixel-perfect websites
- Collaborate with designers to ensure technical feasibility of design ideas
- Maintain and optimize existing sites
- Troubleshoot bugs and implement fixes quickly
- Stay up-to-date with WordPress trends, tools, and best practices

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design ( 3+ years )
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce and web design projects.
- Proficient in Figma and other graphics tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Deep understanding of how design works on the web.
- Experience in branding and prepress is a plus.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines

- Developing design systems.
